Agnieszka is an intellectual property law expert with more than 17 years of experience in this field and a lecturer on the barrister training course at the Warsaw Bar Association. She specializes in the protection of trademarks, industrial designs, copyright law and IP contract law. She is involved in conducting proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, common and administrative courts, as well as before the EUIPO and the Court of the European Union.
She is a Laureate of the 2014 ranking of Gazeta Prawna and Lexis Nexis Publishers Rising Stars – Lawyers Leaders of Tomorrow.
